Jewish Wedding Ceremonies
A photo that was labelled as Jews partaking in wedding ceremonies. It is unclear what type of ceremony that may have been. The textiles in the background are not immediately identifable, but the one on the left with the large flower may be a Russian velvet textile adn the one in the ccenter may be a Tadjik ikat. It is possible the man to the extreme right in the photo may be the prospective groom, given his fancy dress and the presence fo what looks like a sumptuous ikat textile in is lap.
